APPLICANT MUST BE: 14 yrs. - 18 yrs. as of August 31st, 2011

To be considered for the Cheer or Dance Scholarship. You will need to submit an essay,and complete a cheer or dance evaluation with selected committee.

Scholarship Includes:
-1 FULL SEASON  of Tumble Class
-1 FULL SEASON  of  All-Star Practice
-1 FULL SEASON  of  FREE OPEN GYM
-1 FULL SEASON  of  30 Min. Personal Training Sessions
-1 UNIFORM to include TOP,BOTTOM and BRIEF

PLEASE NOTE: The Scholar is responsible for registration fee, competition fees including travel/lodging,bow,shoes and makeup kit.
